2013 Log Loading Skills Competition
Posted at 11:28 AM on Apr 4, 2013
It was an exciting second year for the Log Loading Skills Competition. This year brought more participants and spectators. We expect this event to get bigger and better each year!
Thirty contestants competed in two skills sets. The first skill consisted of stacking log rounds, the second required sliding log rounds onto a rack. Each contestant had a practice session prior to competing. After the first round of through the skill sets, 15 finalists were selected based on the lowest time scores. Those 15 contestants repeated the skill sets to determine the winner.
