An Important Update Regarding In-Woods and woodED.

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) world-wide pandemic, the Sierra-Cascade Logging Conference has made the difficult decision to cancel both the 2020 In-Woods Forest Harvest event, and the 2020 woodED Pathways event.

With schools currently closed across the entire state of California, and the state-wide order to shelter-in-place, it is currently not possible to continue with these events as previously planned.  We take the safety of students, teachers, staff, and fellow loggers very seriously, so in an effort to prioritize safety-first we cannot recommend moving forward until it is clear the current COVID-19 situation would not present a danger to anyone partaking in these events, or their families at home.
