Liefia Ingalls, who was assisting during our Sierra-Cascade Logging
Conference Strongest Logger Event this February, won the first 2017
Arnold Classic earlier this month. Congratulations, Liefia!

Liefia is a two-time California’s Strongest Woman champion, and was awarded 4th Place Middleweight Arnold Amateur Champion 2015.
